As you know, peace is considered as the common heritage of human being, and the current generation has a hard way to achieve tranquility since behavioral condition of social colonies are not synchronized with civil models anymore, or it can be said that they are losing their synchronization. In the social teachings of all the heavenly religions, and even human movements, peace is a precious point which its executive guarantee is concentrating on all interests, willing and behaviors in moral path, and we can see that whenever governmental authorities are separated from ethics, the society is involved with stress, and consequently, regional and international peace may be endangered too; while such situation could be managed appropriately. Divine religions such as Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Zoroastrianism etc., all focused and emphasize on peace and ethics in this path, in the meantime, extremists and holy-oriented people during the history and based on the undeniable documents have created a great deal of tensions, and the condition has become worst accordingly, and unfortunately world’s status, local and international societies have no appropriate situation; however, we believe that hope is a desirable and frustration is an undesirable behavior

Dear Secretary-General

Iran, as the origin of human rights during the history of the world, and as the land with a glorious history which has trained enlightened and liberated men and women, and the country emphasizing on peace, which tolerated various costs and troubles, believes that human being should respect one common heritage, thus we expressed that this country has experienced great suffers and agonies during this century in line with institutionalizing peace in this modern world, developing free thinking and expanding social honesty, particularly within the last decades which we recall it sadly. Shameless and coward attack of Iraqi Ba’ath regime and their alliances which both endangered world peace due to its next consequences, and also made lots of deficiencies in general conditions of Iran, that if there were no Iranian courageous and brave young men, such condition would be more painful and oppressive; and all these troubles are rooted in negligence to the common heritage of human, i.e. peace. However, at present, in 2022, we observe that political tensions and improper manner of American government have made our situation more critical. Although we will leave it behind, which conscience could bear that patients, children, elderly and disabled people live in the circumstance under such sanctions and pay excruciating expenses, especially the costs of medicines?! Which aware conscience may accept anguishes and distresses of thousands of people as the result of tortuous sanctions of America who deems itself committed and claimant of human rights?! in the condition where chain of sanctions is expanding. Certainly, you know that in case of continuation of sanctions, the situation of tangible and intangible heritage, tourism and handicrafts industry will also encounter trouble, and the business of the aforesaid occupations will be deteriorated. Based on our obligations as well as national and international regulations, we have nothing to do with policy, but situation of people and our objectives, i.e. culture and cultural heritage, are so important for us, thus based on ethics and civic will, we appeal you to provide a situation to cut sanctions and to develop world peace in collaboration with directors of UN, cultural and civil activists of the countries believed in world tranquility, international journalists, global human rights institutions, humanistic councils, Excellency Pope Francis and other related assemblies, and doubtlessly, considering your honorable personality, you will take a positive step in this regard
